Metuchen Rocks! Summer Concert Series begins June 17 at 8:30 on Main St featuring the stylings of David Cedeno and his American Salsa Orchestra, that will sure to inspire conga lines. David’s orchestra offers a sizzling variety of music including Latin Jazz, salsa, meringue, and ballads. Believing that music was made to be shared, David has rearranged some popular English hits buy adding a Latin salsa beat while still keeping the original lyrics in English. These titles include “Lady in Red,” “Will You Love Me Tomorrow,” “Somewhere and Sealed with a Kiss.” His success stretches far beyond the borders of the United States and has opened a gate for other Latin performers to attempt a crossover and introduce their music to America.
